This weekend is like the deviled egg weekend of college football. There’s no real bangers. There’s no stop what you’re doing and watch this game game. But it’s still college football and it’s still incredible. This is a great appetizer for next weekend when all bets are off and the record books get thrown out. All you wanna do is go 1-0 against that other school in your state (or in my case that cow college in west Georgia). It’s why college football is the best. But for now, I’m just trying to write this blog before my preworkout kicks in too hard (nbd I’m getting in a Saturday morning workout). Then I’m gonna get this pump in, put on my jeans and boots, take a shower, head to club 203 and watch the game with the wager wizard. Probably have some coors lattes 👀🤷♂️🦧🗻®️🔷. It’s going to be a great college football Saturday and we even get a little college basketball since we’re such good boys and girls. Look at us go.
MISSISSIPPI STATE -17.5 vs SOUTHERN MISS
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned or a team who just fired their coach. Mississippi State is bad don’t get me wrong, but they’re gonna be playing with their hair on fire today. In Will Rogers’ 25 years of playing college quarterback I think he’s finally gained enough experience to let him cover the spread against southern miss today. Shoutout Tipton. Dawgs on top.
UTAH +1.5 vs ARIZONA
I don’t know what to do here. I’ve convinced myself that Utah is the best team in the Pac 12 despite mountains of evidence that that is not true and the fact they haven’t covered anything (and idk if they even covered tbh) since that USC game. Their defense is physical and I like the coach but at this point I just have to die with this take. It’s wrong and it’s losing me money but I’m quadrupling down at this point. I am not a smart man.
KANSAS +9.5 vs KANSAS STATE
Just read what I said about Utah but make it about Kansas. For some reason I’ve found myself carrying water for the Jayhawks and the Utes this year and I’m too prideful to lose my last bet on both of them. I also think this is a clear winner but I’m just being stubborn. Rock Chalk.
NOTRE DAME -24.5 vs WAKE
Sam Hartman revenge game. Feel like we haven’t heard much about Notre dame in a few weeks, but I very much believe they blow wake forest out this weekend. Wake is bad bad bad and Notre dame is still a good team they just have a mid record and are poorly ranked because they’ve played such a hard schedule. I think they get this dub by a large margin and move themselves up in the rankings some.
XANDERSON PARLAY
This is the parlay of champions. We’ve won 2 of these so far this year which means we’re about even. We decided to bring back one of our past winners this weekend with the other back next weekend. Whoever wins gets to pick conference championship week. If neither win then we have a very special guest picker in mind. I guess anderson is a dawgs fan now that he won’t stop picking them. He told me he’s putting on his spikey shoulder pads again and has his leash and collar ready to be strolled around Nashville so he can bark at people. Very weird stuff but we don’t kink shame.

How this is only 9.5 points I do not know. Tulane should curb stomp the owls. Also tho, I’m starting to think Tulane may have the best color scheme in the world. Dark green with powder blue goes crazy hard. Also they say Roll Wave. I can get behind that. Shoutout Mr Kenny.
