Some people may like to point out my record from last weekend. Some might tell you I’m 4-16 over my last 20 and down 16 units. And they would be right. But they also might tell you about who I really am. The caped capper. The silent sharp. The Batman of the Book. I’m whatever the people deserve. And last weekend, the people deserved a mush. They needed someone to point at and mock while they cashed in their little parlays with FDU and Princeton in them. And I did it because I can take it. You needed someone to laugh at and I gave you that.
But this weekend…the people deserve a sharp. While you all were busy ridiculing me, @‘ing me in group messages, saying things like “he’s the reason Titus and Tate and also his parents are divorced”, I was in the lab. I’ve evolved. My analysis has grown from “that boy nice” to “this team doesn’t rebound” or “they just want to win ugly” or “wow, Nate Oats is a great coach but he has no inbound plays”. I’ve studied the game. Mastered my craft. I’m ready to be the wise guy you deserve. So as they say in this business….

KANSAS STATE +1.5 vs MSU
This line opened up with the wildcats favored by a point, and now sparty is favored with nothing having changed in this matchup. Suspicious! Me thinks the public is all over the “Jan, feb, Izzo, April” thing. Well I am not the public. Does MSU rock with Lil Baby? Kansas State certainly does.
UCONN -4.5 vs ARKANSAS
Arkansas is the most square pick of all time tonight. Don’t be a sheep, be a wolf (husky, but I don’t know if people would get it). Been a UConn fan since my mom bought me husky jeans in 4th grade bc I had some weight on me. Easy play here.
UT -4.5 vs FAU
FAU is trash. Tennessee likes to win games ugly but this should honestly be a blowout. FAU got super lucky against Memphis and then beat a 16 seed. Sorry Owls. UT will win this sort of weird Lane Kiffin revenge game by 10 points.
GONZAGA +100 mL vs UCLA
If Drew Timme scores 20 tonight he’ll have the most career 20 point games in the history of the tournament. I am almost positive that’s true. UCLA is a little doughy inside and I can see Gonzaga feeding the best player on the floor the whole game. This will be the end of an era tho as Tyger Campbell is the last guy I played against in hs to still be playing college ball. Makes me feel old old Fr fr.
