If you’re looking for a get rich quick scheme, here it is. We are going to be so rich that when we write checks, the bank bounces. Let’s ride.

- USC -3.5 vs. UCLA
- Over/Under Lock: Utah vs. Colorado O48
Alabama -32 vs. Arkansas
Let’s face it, the last time this Tide team didn’t cover a spread was against Ole Miss. Arkansas couldn’t stop my peewee football team on defense, and the lost a key starter in LB Grant Morgan last week against Missouri. With the third leading tackler in the SEC Morgan out as well as Feleipe Franks, I think this spread is covered by halftime.
Louisville -2.5 vs. Wake Forest
The Demon Deacons haven’t played a game in more than a month and I expect the rust to be on full display. As long as Louisville can stop turning the damn ball over, which they do very often, they should be able to edge this one out.
Minnesota +10.5 vs. Nebraska
Scott Frost was supposed to be to Nebraska what Nick Saban is to Alabama, right? Well, that was simply not true. Minnesota is coming off of two weeks of not playing, which I think is a threshold for the rest vs. rust argument. PJ Fleck is a helluva coach, and he has Minnesota at 3rd in time of possession in the Big 10 at around 33 minutes a game. The Gophers will keep it out of the hands of Nebraska’s running QB Adrian Martinez and keep the game close.
USC -3.5 vs. UCLA
Kedon Slovis has a badass name and a better arm. Dude can sling the football. I think OC Graham Harrell gets the rushing game figured out and keeps UCLA off-balance.
OVER/UNDER LOCK OF THE WEEK (Utah vs. Colorado O48)
In school I was always taught, “there’s no such thing as a free lunch.” They lied. This is free money right here. Pac-12 defense with an over in which 7 touchdowns combined hits? I’ll take that any day of the week. Also, last week’s lock of the week (LSU Team Total +19 1/2) hit big time, so I’m feeling it again this week.
